· Listing service in the MLS

Our full time staff of experienced professionals will coordinate virtually all services imaginable in the REO industry.

· We work with several companies comprised of licensed, bonded contractors and employees that are familiar with the REO procedures that adhere to the strictest guidelines.

· Mold remediation specialists, concrete repair, painting, flooring, etc.

· Preservation services are completed promptly and include before and after pictures of all contracted work.

· Our billing department handles all necessary documentation and submissions in accordance with your specific guidelines.

· Our REO preservation billing department is experienced and efficient. They are trained to respond to your particular needs and requests.
